![]() ![]() While whirling 2 cups of roasted almonds into butter required shaking the jar a few times, it still produced almond butter in just three minutes. One minute of blending in the Nutribullet yielded an evenly creamy smoothie with well-combined chia seeds, greens and ice. (The simple design also makes it easy to clean you can toss the blending jars into the dishwasher.) Fill the jar, screw on the lid, flip the sealed jar onto the base and press down to pulse or twist to blend. ![]() There are just three components: the motor/base, the blending jar and the lid (which is also the blade). We especially appreciated how easy and intuitive the Nutribullet is to use. On our three tests, it performed almost as strongly as the Vitamix, which is twice its size and costs much more. If you reach for a blender a couple of times a week to prep food for one or two people, you’ll be well served by the Nutribullet Pro 900. This personal-sized blender is powerful, easy to clean and built for most daily tasks. Overall, the Fresh and Furious combines even blending, easy scrapability and a sleek design for a nice price. This especially came in handy during the almond butter test: In three minutes, the Fresh and Furious produced a smooth almond butter that was easy to scrape out. Best of all, the pitcher features an unusual rounded bottom that lets you easily slide a silicone spatula around the blade (and ensures there are no corners for ingredients to hide in). A simple timer counts either up (when using one of the five power-level buttons) or down (when using a preset function). It also has smart design features, including a cord that wraps neatly inside the machine’s base when not in use and a pull ring that makes the lid easy to remove. Thanks to its good looks and small footprint (one of the most compact bases of any blender we considered), it could easily sit out on the counter. The Fresh and Furious is arguably the nicest-looking blender we evaluated, sleek and streamlined, with a chrome base and sturdy, elegant pitcher. At 50 ounces, its pitcher can comfortably zip up four servings of smoothie or frosty drink, which it did easily in our tests, with particularly even ice crystals in the smoothie and frozen paloma slush. Prosīreville’s Fresh and Furious Blender is ideal for anyone looking for a classic blender that does almost all tasks well. It's also easy to scrape out and handsome enough to sit on the counter. The Fresh and Furious blends like a higher-price machine. ![]()
